Only time will indicate if solar power will be a primary source of energy and maybe become the most important, as for today we are still limiting its use, instead of fully taking advantage of it. But, as studies improve and so the research on this very delicate and important subject, we can aim at incredible results and perhaps consider solar power the most significant way to a less polluted planet and environment, where nature can be respected more and go back to its original life.
The very negative aspect of solar power is the installation price, that requires an out of pocket expense that not too many can afford, although the return is that monthly bills will be eliminated forever, or at least drastically reduced. We are starting to see cities and communities using solar power for urban related services and this should be a clear sign that things are slowly changing. This is a good thing indeed, especially considering the economical factors that we are facing and the increasing cost of energy, due to the continuous consumption of a larger amount of people, as nations grow and demand more energy. So, even if solar power has been around for many years, we are still at the very beginning in terms of implementing this technology.
